Job Title: Accounting Manager - NetSuite Implementation
Location: Hybrid work schedule, South Boston, MA
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

CFS has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in seeking a Accounting Manager-level consultant to support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in the organization's transition from Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) to NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• 
  
• Prepare financial reports and support annual audits.
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• 
  
• Serve as a finance lead during the Great Plains to NetSuite implementation.
• 
  
• Support data migration, testing, process improvements, and user training.
• 
  
• Partner with finance, IT, and implementation consultants to ensure a successful ERP transition.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 
  
• Experience supporting or leading a NetSuite implementation. Great Plains to NetSuite implementation is a huge plus.
• 
  
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• 
  
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
•
