As the Accounting & Administrative Manager, you will serve as a key support to financial operations, working closely with the CFO and leadership team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Records

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
  • Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Manage client invoicing and follow up on outstanding balances

Bank Reconciliation

  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Provide regular financial updates to the leadership team

Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Assist with audit preparation and related documentation

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and monitor budgets
  • Support financial forecasting and strategic planning efforts

Payroll Support

  • Audit and input billable time for hourly employees
  • Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate processing and compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
