The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Real Estate experience and has overseen a team of accountants. Please apply if this role interests you; the client is looking to move quickly!ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and analysis of financial statements for the property portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.Manage and coordinate the recording, reimbursement and related intercompany/payroll entries for all the Rose managed properties.Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal clients/stakeholders through regular engagement and strategic communication.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance eciency, and implement best practices across the property accounting function.Manage and mentor a team of property accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.Communicate financial performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders as required.Coordinate audits and due diligence processes related to property financials, ensuring readiness and compliance.BenefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)#J-18808-Ljbffr
