Description

Summary Our award‑winning client is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Our client which supports Bruderhof's educational mission, seeks an Accounting Manager to ensure the financial health of the client and affiliated schools. You will play a key role in managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance for all institutions.Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions for clients, daycares, and K-8 schools.Manage accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable (including tuition billing), and financial statement production.Perform reconciliations, analyze variances, and create budget reports.Develop procedures for recording donations and program revenue.Generate standard and customized reports for management.Collaborate with school leadership, faculty, and Community Holdings staff.Maintain ethical and confidential handling of financial data.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.7-10 years of experience in non‑profit accounting.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience working in a school environment (faculty, staff, parents, students) is a plus.Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and proactively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite and Coupa preferred).Expertise in MS Excel and non‑profit accounting regulations.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn about non‑profit trends.Benefits Competitive salary ($90,000 - $120,000) with benefits package (401(k), health insurance, paid time off, etc.).Rewarding opportunity to support a faith‑based educational mission.#J-18808-Ljbffr
