We're partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products and manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Manager to help strengthen and elevate its accounting organization. Whether you're an experienced Accounting Manager or a Senior Accountant ready to step into leadership, this role offers the chance to partner closely with executive leadership, improve processes, and help build a scalable accounting function.

What You'll Do



  • Lead and optimize the monthly and year-end close process

  • Prepare and support accurate financial reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, AP and AR

  • Coordinate external audit activities and partner with outside auditors

  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency

  • Help build scalable accounting processes to support continued growth

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and business leadership

  • Contribute to the continued development and sophistication of the accounting function


What We're Looking For



  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • Strong general ledger accounting and month-end close experience

  • Manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or inventory-based accounting experience preferred

  • Exposure to cost accounting and inventory accounting preferred

  • Process improvement mindset with a desire to help build and improve accounting operations

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Leadership experience or a genuine desire to step into a leadership role


Compensation & Benefits



  • Base Salary: $100,000–$137,000 + Bonus
