Accounting Manager

Salary: $110,000 – $115,000 + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:



  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes

  • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules

  • Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Manage and develop accounting staff across the full employee lifecycle

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

  • Analyze account activity and investigate/report variances



Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • CPA strongly preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • 1–2+ years of direct management or supervisory experience
