Accounting Manager
Plantation, FL - Fridays work from home
Salary: $110,000 – $115,000 + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
- Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage and develop accounting staff across the full employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Analyze account activity and investigate/report variances
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 1–2+ years of direct management or supervisory experience
