Key Job Responsibilities
Serve as a business partner to the Regional Manager, supporting financial goals and business initiatives.
Provide accounting support including GAAP compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, SAP system support, and process improvement.
Analyze and communicate key financial data to leadership; identify opportunities for improved processes and results.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; prepare annual and quarterly income statement and balance sheet plans.
Review cost center data, sales margins, purchase price variances, and manufacturing variances; communicate findings to leadership.
Support machine and rental contract reviews to ensure appropriate terms and revenue recognition.
Manage financial aspects of machine closeouts, WIP reviews, inventory initiatives, regional reserves, and oversee A/R and collections.
Assist internal and external auditors during financial audits and ensure proper internal controls.
Review and approve regional capital expenditure requests and perform financial analysis to support business decisions.
Perform manual journal entries and manage internal orders for proper accounting and timely processing.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the finance function.

Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $$105,600 - $135,000.00. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
