Accounting Manager
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead general ledger accounting and consolidation activities across U.S. operations
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes and financial reporting
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and operating expense analysis
• Partner with operations on inventory, manufacturing, and cost accounting
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain effective internal controls
• Support ERP enhancements, system implementations, and special projects

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA
• 5+ years of accounting experience in public company or manufacturing environment
• Public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and prior leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and close processes; SAP experience a plus
