Lessen, LLC is a venture‑backed, privately held company with offices in Scottsdale and Chicago.The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions with a strong focus on revenue recognition, month‑end close, and financial reporting. This role will serve as a hands‑on contributor responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance.The ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail‑oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support the evolving needs of the accounting team.
