Snapshot of responsibilities:

\n

• \n
• Key role in the preparation and review of 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings
• \n
• Broad technical accounting exposure, including share-based compensation, EPS, debt, hedging, leases and other complex accounting matters
• \n
• Partner closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Legal and senior finance leadership
• \n
• Involvement in earnings materials, accounting policy and implementation of new GAAP and SEC requirements
• \n
• Manage and a team while maintaining hands-on involvement in key reporting initiatives
• \n
• Opportunity to drive process improvements and take on business-critical projects

What we’re looking for:

\n

• \n
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience
• \n
• CPA required
• \n
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• \n
• SEC reporting experience, including 10-K and 10-Q filings
• \n
• Strong technical accounting and GAAP knowledge
• \n
• Leadership and team development experience
• \n
• Workiva and/or OneStream experience is a plus
• \n

This could be a strong next step for a Big 4 Manager or other large public accounting Manager looking to transition into industry, or someone currently in SEC reporting who is ready for broader responsibility and leadership exposure.
