About the role
Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee GL activity, monthly close, and reporting while guiding staff and partnering with leadership on planning and process.
Key responsibilities- Manage close calendar, reconciliations, journal reviews
- Oversee financial reporting and variance analysis
- Maintain internal controls and accounting policy adherence
- Support budgeting/forecasting and crossfunctional initiatives
- Provide coaching and work allocation for accounting staff
Qualifications- Multientity or corporate accounting background
- Experience reviewing financials and leading close
- Advanced Excel; ERP exposure
- Prior leadership or teamlead experience a plus
