Job Description:
Now hiring Accounting Manager - Direct Hire
Location: Tomball, TX
Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing preferred
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, GL accounting, and reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Job Duties:
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll support, and General Ledger functions
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy
- Supervise and develop accounting staff; drive performance and growth
- Maintain GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Sales, HR, Supply Chain)
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation
- Optimize NetSuite ERP and ensure data accuracy
- Support audits, tax reporting, and policy development
