Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Here's what we're looking for. (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing preferred
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, GL accounting, and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

Preferred: CPA, cost accounting, inventory & fixed assets experience

Job Duties:

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll support, and General Ledger functions
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy
• Supervise and develop accounting staff; drive performance and growth
• Maintain GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Sales, HR, Supply Chain)
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation
• Optimize NetSuite ERP and ensure data accuracy
• Support audits, tax reporting, and policy development
