Accounting Manager
Salary: $125,000–$160,000 + Bonus
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid)

Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the monthly close across a multi-entity organization and oversee technical accounting activities.
• Manage and mentor a team while overseeing the general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and financial operations.
• Drive process improvements, accounting cleanup, and system enhancements to support continued growth.
• Lead acquisition integrations, standardize accounting processes, and build scalable internal controls.
• Partner with executive leadership on financial reporting, audit support, lender reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Accounting Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership responsibility.
• Strong technical accounting, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting experience.
• Hands-on leader who enjoys building processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; QuickBooks Enterprise experience is a plus.
