L. Rose Recruiting is representing Revcuity in its search for an Accounting Manager. Revcuity helps automotive, hospitality, and financial services companies improve customer experiences and grow revenue. Its team works alongside clients’ frontline staff, providing hands-on coaching and programs that turn everyday customer interactions into measurable results.

WHO YOU ARE

You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least five years of progressive accounting or finance experience. You bring strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, cash forecasting and treasury experience, advanced Excel skills, and Xero experience. You have improved accounting processes or infrastructure and led automation or ERP optimization efforts.

You are an analytical, responsive leader who develops staff, takes ownership, manages competing priorities, and follows through under tight deadlines. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is strongly preferred. Experience in SaaS, professional services, multi-entity, or another complex accounting environment is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Oversee financial and management reporting, including revenue, margins, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and key business drivers

• Own 13-week and rolling 12-month cash forecasts, forecast-to-actual analysis, and liquidity planning

• Manage treasury activities, banking administration, cash positioning, and related controls

• Lead the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and develop accounting staff

• Review contracts and complex transactions to determine the appropriate accounting treatment under U.S. GAAP

• Partner with management to support a timely, accurate financial close

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

• Build scalable accounting processes, controls, and reporting structures

• Lead automation, systems optimization, and process improvement initiatives

• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Xero, banking platforms, and related systems to improve how financial information moves and is reported

• Reduce manual work, improve integrations, strengthen controls, and make reporting more efficient

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ least five years of progressive accounting or finance experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, cash forecasting, treasury, and financial and management reporting

• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on Xero experience

• Experience improving accounting processes, automating work, and optimizing ERP systems

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, management, and leadership skills

• The ability to work independently, balance competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is strongly preferred. Experience in SaaS, professional services, multi-entity, or another complex accounting environment is a plus
