Location: Sherwood, OR
Schedule: 35-40 Hours Per Week
Pay:$25-$30/hour DOE

About the Role

A growing organization in the Tualatin area is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Generalist to support accounting, administrative, and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and can effectively balance accounting tasks with day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
• Review account coding, approvals, and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts
• Assist with bookkeeping and month-end close processes
• Provide operational and scheduling support as needed
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• Assist with reporting, special projects, and office administration
• Manage office supply ordering and general office support
• Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, administration, operations, or a related role
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support multiple functions

Education

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
