Description

Accounting Operations Manager

Growing, established company seeking a hands-on Accounting Operations Manager to lead accounting, financial reporting, and operational functions. This role partners closely with executive leadership and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys improving processes and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and logistics support
  • Develop internal controls and accounting procedures
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Supervise finance and administrative staff

Requirements

  • 5+ years of accounting and finance leadership experience
  • Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • High-volume transaction processing experience
  • Multi-state sales tax compliance experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting operational functions preferred

Details

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • On-site, Monday-Friday
  • Salary: $125,000-$145,000 DOE
