Location: Timonium, MD (100% Onsite)
Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

A stable, family-owned real estate developer, owner, and property manager is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator to join its close-knit team. Reporting directly to the CFO/COO, this highly visible role combines payroll, accounting support, HR administration, and Yardi system management. This opening is due to the retirement of a long-tenured employee, creating a unique opportunity for extensive training and knowledge transfer.

Accounting & Payroll Coordinator Key Job Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 50 employees
• 
  
• Manage payroll allocations across multiple entities and properties
• 
  
• Administer and support Yardi Voyager reporting and workflows
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on benefits administration, 401(k), and employee records
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting, reconciliations, tax workpapers, and accounting support
• 
  
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
• 
  

Accounting & Payroll Coordinator Qualifications

• Accounting degree or equivalent experience

• Payroll processing experience
• 
  
• Real estate, property management, or multi-entity accounting experience

• Yardi Voyager experience

• Advanced Excel skills
