We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are looking for an Accounting Processor (Invoicing) for our client, who is an industry leading specialty law firm who specializes in the representation of financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.

The Accounting Processor is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Preparing client invoices and submitting them for payment.
  • Posting and reconciling accounts receivable.
  • Resolving invoicing errors and processing adjustments.
  • Performing additional reconciliations, preparing reports, and completing other duties related to invoicing, collections, and accounting team functions.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • No prior invoicing or accounting knowledge is required; however, experience in these areas is a plus
  • The ability to complete a high volume of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using technology efficiently, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Pay Rate Range: $22.00 - 23.00 hourly

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
