Key Responsibilities for the Accounting & External Reporting Manager:
Lead SEC reporting activities, including preparation and review of filing documentation.
Manage stock-based compensation accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
Prepare and oversee financial statements, monthly reporting packages, and financial reporting schedules.
Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and technical accounting matters.
Manage lease accounting processes, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
Partner with auditors, FP&A, and finance leadership while driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls.
Qualifications for the Accounting & External Reporting Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
7-10 years of accounting experience.
SEC reporting experience required.
CPA preferred and experience with Workiva and/or D365 is highly desirable.
