Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Accounting Services Specialist II - AP to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Highland Hills, OH.

Job Title: Accounting Services Specialist II - AP
Work Location: Highland Hills, OH
Duration: 4 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school diploma or GED

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Completes processing of daily transaction activity, including incoming cash or outgoing cash transactions, to ensure they are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with department and company policy. This includes recording of information in appropriate databases.
• Completes clerical tasks including , but into limited to, copying, scanning, mailing, filing, report distribution, and responding to emails and phone calls. Fulfills other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the functions.
• Evaluates transactions and alerts appropriate members of management of potential fraud or other financial risk factor promptly to ensure any impact on the business can be evaluated and appropriate action taken.
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of general ledger and banking data.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proficient in Excel
• Data entry experience
• Excellent time management.
• General ledger reconciliation experience preferred
