Work Location

Hybrid role based in Doylestown, PA. Full-time, direct hire position.

The Opportunity

This role blends hands-on accounting work, client advisory, and team supervision. You'll take ownership of assigned client relationships, oversee financial reporting quality, and help guide a small team. It's a strong next step for an accountant ready to move beyond execution into review, client leadership, and process oversight.

What You'll Do

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and forecasts
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Review and improve staff-prepared accounting work
• Support and develop junior team members

• Accurate and timely month-end closes across clients
• Strong client responsiveness and satisfaction
• Fewer errors and rework in reviewed financials
• More efficient reporting processes over time
• Growth in capability of supported staff

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Background in public accounting or financial services preferred
• Prior supervisory or review experience
• Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills
