Accounting/Shipping Assistant

Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for an Accounting/Shipping Assistant to join their busy team!

Your qualifications for the Accounting/Shipping Assistant position are as follows:
 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous bookkeeping experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with QuickBooks
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Benefits you will receive as the Accounting/Shipping Assistant:
 

• $20-$22/hour, depending on experience  
• Part-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm
• Temp-to-hire opportunity

For the Accounting/Shipping Assistant position your duties will include:
 

• Process accounts receivable and payable
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Prepare customer invoices and shipping documentation
• Pack, label, and weigh packages for shipment
• Receive and distribute incoming packages
• Other tasks as assigned
