What You'll Do

In this role, you'll play an important part in the company's accounting operations by:

• 
  
• Process a high volume of Accounts Receivable invoices, handling hundreds of invoices daily
• 
  
• Submit invoices through customer billing portals and ensure timely processing
• 
  
• Manage multiple billing requirements, workflows, and customer-specific processes
• 
  
• Process pricing adjustments and customer credits as needed
• 
  
• Apply customer payments and enter cash receipts accurately
• 
  
• Assist with account reconciliations and balance sheet support
• 
  
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with collections activities
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records and support daily accounting operations
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• 1–3 years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience.
• 
  
• Comfort working within an ERP system or learning new software
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
