VENTEON and Harvard Resource Solutions are hiring an Accounting Specialist to provide temporary support in Bingham Farms, MI. You will assist the Accounting department at a construction company in completing daily tasks and various accounting projects.
POSITION TYPE: Full Time. In office daily. Temporary position expected to last 60-90 days. PAY: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on education level and years of experience
Requirements of the Accounting Specialist:
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience that includes paying vendors, reconciling accounts, and posting cash.
Experience with Yardi software is REQUIRED.
Person who can interview and start quickly.
Dependable person who will commit to completing the assignment.
Duties of the Accounting Specialist:
Take part in the Accounts Payable activities.
Setting up and maintaining vendor information.
Entering vendor invoices into the system. Take part in the payment approval process.
Answer questions from vendors. Resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile multiple company credit cards.
Reconcile Expense reports.
Record bank transactions in the accounting system.
Use Yardi software to accomplish tasks.
