Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage client payment processing while ensuring compliance and preservation of benefits
• 
  
• Analyze, reconcile, and report on client accounts, including balances, recurring payments, and budget plans
• 
  
• Administer cash disbursements, fund requests, and bill payments using debit cards and other payment methods
• 
  
• Handle a high volume of inquiries from case managers and clients, providing timely support and thorough documentation
• 
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance required
• 
  
• Prior accounting experience through work, internships, or coursework
• 
  
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP
• 
  
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• 
  

Salary Range: $45,000–$49,920
