Core Responsibilities:
Preparing and/or reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provisions in accordance with IFRS, SEC, and other applicable tax accounting guidance
Preparing and/or reviewing North America income tax forecasts supporting budgets and business plans, including effective tax rate, tax provision, deferred taxes, and cash tax projections
Partnering with external auditors, Accounting Operations, and Global Tax teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Supporting quarterly reviews and annual audits of tax provisions
Maintaining and enhancing SOX-compliant internal controls over tax accounting and financial reporting
Assisting with the analysis and reporting of uncertain tax positions, deferred tax assets, permanent reinvestment assertions, and other complex tax accounting matters
Providing guidance to subsidiaries and affiliates on income tax accounting, reporting, and special projects
Preparing and/or reviewing year-end income tax disclosures for statutory and consolidated financial statements
Managing the U.S. provision-to-return and deferred tax proof processes
Researching and documenting complex tax accounting issues in collaboration with Technical Accounting and Tax leadership

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Tax or Accounting
CPA or CA (Chartered Accountant)
Minimum of 4 years of corporate or large CPA public accounting tax compliance and/or tax accounting experience
Professional experience in corporate tax compliance and/or tax accounting principles, methods and techniques
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and issue resolution
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to function independently and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a multinational, publicly traded company

Knowledge of IFRS income tax accounting concepts
*
Experience with OneSource Tax Provision, SAP, and/or OneStream
*
Prior experience supporting external audits and SOX-controlled environments
