What You’ll Do

This is a well-rounded accounting role where you’ll take ownership of key processes while supporting the broader team.

• 
  
• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and three-way match
• 
  
• Process employee expenses and billing in Acumatica
• 
  
• Support billing and invoicing activities to keep operations running smoothly
• 
  
• Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks, including cash application and follow-up
• 
  

Preferred Experience:

• 
  
• 1–3 years of accounting or office experience
• 
  
• Strong exposure to AP and/or AR
• 
  
• Comfortable learning new systems and working in an ERP environment
• 
  
• High attention to detail and reliability
