We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right. As our Accounting Specialist at LSCRE, you’ll play a key role in bringing clarity and accuracy to our day-to-day operations, working closely with a team that values ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
LSCRE is a fast-growing real estate investment firm based in NYC, focused on acquiring and managing multifamily properties across Texas. We move quickly, hold a high bar, and rely on people who can dig in, resolve issues, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Strong accounting and reconciliation experience
Detail-oriented and persistent, seeing tasks through to completion
Naturally curious and self-motivated to correct mistakes when discovered
Producing clean, reliable financials every month
All properties’ accounts are fully reconciled
Clearing accounts are zeroed out
No outliers in the operational GLs on the P&L
No lingering discrepancies, no unanswered questions - just accurate, trustworthy data.
You own and fix what matters.
Bookkeeping and Opex reconciliations
Accruals, prepaids, and journal entries
Investigate & resolve:
Company credit card transactions
QuickBooks accounts
Fee transfers
Vendor portal issues
Vendor credit card reconciliations
