The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position. Responsibilities include various activities in the areas of Accounting and Finance. These include daily, monthly or quarterly activities such as but not limited to:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable research and support
Daily cash & monthly bank account reconciliations
Month end & quarter end close activities
Journal entry preparation & posting
Account reconciliation & analysis
Financial reporting & analysis
General ledger posting and account reconciliation
Perform related party inter-company reconciliations, analysis and confirmations
Assist with quarterly review and year-end financial audit
Travel and entertainment expense report management and auditing
Reporting (internal & external)
Insurance & tax support
Kaizen improvement activities
Other tasks and duties, as assigned
