LHH is partnering with our client to identify an Accounting Specialist to join their Accounts Payable team in Tualatin, OR. This is a fully onsite opportunity supporting a busy, high-volume AP function within a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Location: Tualatin, OR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Onsite)

Pay: $25-$30/hour

Duration: Indefinite contract with potential for long-term opportunity

What You'll Do

• Process and enter 325-375+ invoices per week

• Ensure accounts payable invoices are processed accurately and on time

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts

• Prepare and process weekly payments, including checks, ACH, wires, and credit card payments

• Maintain vendor records and documentation

• Review and audit employee expense reports

• Support corporate card accounting and reconciliation activities

• Assist with use tax accounting and filings

• Partner with operations and accounting teams to improve processes

• Support special projects and additional accounting responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience with an Associate degree, or 5+ years of AP experience without a degree

• Experience processing high volumes of invoices (300+ per week preferred)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Willingness to work with both electronic and paper-based invoice processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Construction industry experience is a plus

• Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum, UKG, or Simplex is a plus
