With expertise in reverse supply chain optimization, we create strategic partnership with our clients to expand their world-wide supply chain, evolve and excel along the rapid industry life-cycle, and achieve total value-chain optimization.Our portfolios include: Telecom Equipment / Telecom Infrastructure / Telecom Networking Gear, Enterprise Servers and Cloud Computing, Personal Computing and Mobile Devices, and Smart Devices and Applications.DescriptionThe Accounting Staff is an integral member of the Finance team and will eventually grow into a significant contributor to take responsibility for maintaining the financial records of our subsidiary. The successful candidate will use critical thinking and communication skills to apply accounting theory and knowledge in specific areas such as AR, AP, general ledger, and fixed assets. The successful candidate will also provide data entry services and overall administrative support.ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable, review vendor invoicing and ensure timely payments to vendors; resolve any issues.Assist with month-end journal entries (accrual basis), account reconciliation and month-end closing, general ledger accounts and payroll entries.Assist with financial statements and various reports during monthly/quarterly/annual reporting cycles.Assist with quarterly and annual audit schedules for external CPA review.Assist with year-end preparation and coordinate the Tax Returns.Safeguard financial information by completing database backups and keeping information confidential.Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial laws and requirements.Contribute to accounting and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or relevant experience.At least 6 months of relevant accounts payable experience, including internships.Working knowledge of GAAP; Sage software experience is highly preferred.Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.Highly trainable.Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Equal Employment OpportunityRe-Teck and Litong Group are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
