Accounting Supervisor (Billing)
Night Shift
JOB SUMMARY:
This position supervises billing personnel, reviews production and yield information for accounting reporting, and provides oversight of procurement and yards reporting processes.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
· Oversee daily processes of the Billing team, providing necessary training, guidance, and tools to ensure efficient operations.
· Review the billing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
· Analyze and work with production data and yield information to prepare and validate accounting and operational reports.
· Review yield tickets and production reports for accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies between operational and accounting records.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
· Support plant management and office personnel by coordinating office supply inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining adequate stock levels for daily operations.
· Serve as the primary accounting and administrative point of contact for the plant during the night shift, providing support and guidance to operations management.
· Provide support for accounting exports, yards and yields reporting issues as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field preferred.
· Excellent computer skills required, including Excel.
· Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.
· Team management skills.
· 2-3 years of management and administration experience.
· Great communication skills.
· Display strong work ethic and positive attitude.
· Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance.
· Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbally).
