Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 base + up to 25% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Oversee the end-to-end pipeline margin accounting process from ticketing through billing and reporting
• Identify, resolve, and escalate accounting issues before they impact results
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports with accountability for team performance
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, systems, and controls
• Drive operational efficiency and support business-aligned accounting outcomes

Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with people management exposure
• Strong technical accounting background; revenue recognition experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP or similar ERP experience preferred
