Job Details
  • Oversee the accounts receivable function with a focus on billing and collections
  • Supervise and develop at least 2 direct reports
  • Monitor AR aging reports and drive collections activity to reduce outstanding balances
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting on receivables and collections performance
  • Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to resolve billing disputes and client account issues
  • Implement process improvements across the billing and collections cycle
  • Ensure compliance with firm billing policies and client billing guidelines

Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience with a focus on billing and collections
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop at least 2 direct reports
  • Strong background in AR analysis, collections strategy, and cash applications
  • Experience with legal billing software or ERP platforms preferred
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred
