We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead accounts payable operations in a growing manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the Accounting Operations Manager, this role manages the full invoice-to-payment cycle, supports month-end and year-end close, and collaborates with internal teams and auditors.
Responsibilities include supervising AP staff, ensuring accurate and compliant invoice processing, managing vendor relationships, leading closing activities, ensuring audit readiness, generating financial reports, and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or MBA, manufacturing or public company experience, and familiarity with SOX controls.
