Accounting Systems & Reporting Specialist

We're seeking a technically-minded accounting professional to join a growing team where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on accounting operations, reporting, ERP processes, and automation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond routine accounting tasks and become a key resource for systems optimization, reporting development, and workflow improvements while maintaining involvement in core accounting functions.

What You'll Do

• Support and optimize ERP and accounting system processes

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and operational reporting

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend smarter, more automated solutions

• Improve AP and AR workflows, automation, and approval processes

• Troubleshoot accounting system issues and support end users

• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis

• Partner with leadership on process improvement and special projects

What We're Looking For

• Accounting experience in AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, or financial accounting

• Experience working within an ERP environment

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Curiosity around systems, data, reporting, and automation

• Ability to identify problems, analyze processes, and implement improvements

• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing accounting

• ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Dynamics GP, Plex, or Sage

• SQL, Power BI, reporting tools, or database query experience

• AP automation, OCR, or workflow automation exposure

• Customer portal experience such as Ariba or Covisint

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $79,000.00 per year
