Now hiring a Part-Time Accounting Technician

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 2 PM)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Current working knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, email, databases, and other business software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management is preferred
• Previous cash register and high-volume cash handling experience is preferred

Job Duties:

• Process and reconcile cash transactions accurately
• Assist with daily bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
• Support cash office operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on the sales floor as needed
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and cash handling
• Maintain organization and accuracy while managing multiple priorities
• Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently
