CEXEC's Financial Services team assists with requirements gathering, financial reporting and analytics, staffing reports, and a wide array of ad hoc analyses for use within FAA customers. CEXEC financial services also supports the review and approval of organizational spend plans submitted by FAA lines of business and staff offices.ResponsibilitiesSupports accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; running software programs.Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.Reconciles financial statements by comparing statements with general ledger.Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.Verifies financial reports by running a performance analysis software program.Determines value of depreciable assets by running depreciation software programs.Requires proficiency with accounting applications (e.g. Delphi) and principles.Focus on reimbursable accounting.Has performed the following: financial statement audits, financial data analytics, and financial system audits.Education & ExperienceGovernment Contracting Experience a plusAssociates Degree in related field3 - 10 years' experienceTravel0-5% (Negligible)Salary at CEXEC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range (monetary and non-monetary) nationally for this position is $39,170 to $120,806 (annualized USD).
