Our client is an advertising company in billboards and transit displays.

They are now looking to add to their team and hire an "Accounts Payable (A/P)”. This role will be based out of Fairfield, NJ. 5 Days/Week In-Office Required (8:30 AM-5:30 PM)

Job description:
  • Need good Accounts Payable (A/P) experience.
  • Assisting with a high volume of invoices
  • Check that all information on the invoice is going into Oracle Fusion correctly
  • Experience with A/P system - Oracle Fusion preferred.
  • Ability to review and organize data in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very organized and detail-oriented.

Education :
  • Associate's degree or post-high school education/training preferred.
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
