Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a hybrid schedule, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle AP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently (PO and non-PO)
Perform 3-way matching and ensure proper coding and approvals
Manage vendor relationships, including resolving discrepancies and responding to inquiries
Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records
Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
Support audits by providing necessary documentation
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Experience handling full-cycle AP in a high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas)
ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
