We are seeking an Accounts Payable capable of independent work with some experience reviewing schedules, reconciling accounts and posting journal entries preferred.
Compensation:$50,000.00 Annually
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile vendor statements to purchase orders (contracts)
- Process payments to vendors
- Seek opportunities to reduce expenses
- Work cooperatively with the office team and sales personnel
- Receipt money and process daily deposits
- Post Funding/EFT
- Cross train to support office team with a variety of functions
- Answer dealership group phones when necessary
- Post New and Used Car Deals in Accounting
- Calculate and Commission Deals
- Post Internal Repair Orders
- Reconcile Schedules on a Daily Basis
- All functions relating to automotive license and title processing
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the auto titling process
- Other duties as assigned
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Filing deals
- Scanning miscellaneous paperwork
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Dealership Office experience is necessary
- Possess a general knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- A professional appearance
