You'll receive hands-on training, work in a supportive team environment, and have the potential to transition into a long-term position.

What You'll Do

As the AP & AR Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day accounting operations by:

• Managing the full Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through payment processing and general ledger posting
• 
  
• Reviewing, coding, and entering vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• 
  
• Investigating and resolving purchase order, invoice, and payment discrepancies
• 
  
• Processing customer invoices and posting Accounts Receivable transactions
• 
  
• Recording cash receipts, including ACH, lockbox, credit card, and check payments
• 
  
• Monitoring aging reports and following up on outstanding balances
• 
  
• Conducting B2B collections while maintaining professional customer relationships
• 
  
• Reconciling and maintaining corporate procurement card transactions
• 
  
• Processing and auditing employee expense reports
• 
  
• Matching invoices with supporting documentation and ensuring timely payments
• 
  
• Assisting with weekly check runs and maintaining organized financial records
• 
  
• Utilizing ERP systems to support reporting, reconciliations, and accounting activities
• 
  

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will bring:

• 
  
• Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• 
  
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Understanding of general ledger posting and core accounting principles
• 
  
• Experience processing ACH, lockbox, credit card, and check transactions
• 
  
• Ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently
• 
  
• Experience reviewing aging reports and managing collections activities
• 
  
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP preferred
• 
  
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• 
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• 
  
• Professional communication skills when working with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
•
