Company in Central El Paso, TX looking for a an

Accounts Payable/Admin assistant!!!

M-F 7am -3:30 pm $15.00

 

Role includes but not limited to:

  • Manage invoices.
  • Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies, verify vendor discounts.
  • Monitor expenditures and post to accounting system and individual job expenses.
  • Verify taxable status of items, and account for-adjust and pay accordingly.
  • Schedule payments: Use our accounting system to schedule/adjust future automated payments.
  • Negotiate payment terms with vendors/suppliers.
  • Answer phone calls, provide customer service and assist with tracking employee hours.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Sage (Peachtree), Experience in Administrative Assistant
