Accounts Payable/Admin assistant!!!
M-F 7am -3:30 pm $15.00
Role includes but not limited to:
- Manage invoices.
- Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, verify vendor discounts.
- Monitor expenditures and post to accounting system and individual job expenses.
- Verify taxable status of items, and account for-adjust and pay accordingly.
- Schedule payments: Use our accounting system to schedule/adjust future automated payments.
- Negotiate payment terms with vendors/suppliers.
- Answer phone calls, provide customer service and assist with tracking employee hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Accounts Payable experience
- Preferred Experience:
- Sage (Peachtree), Experience in Administrative Assistant
