Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join their collaborative accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume AP work, thrives in a structured environment, and wants to be part of a positive, supportive team. You'll start by owning statement reconciliations and quickly expand your responsibilities as you learn the company's systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• 
  
• Issue and process check payments.
• 
  
• Review invoice information scanned into the accounting system for accuracy.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation.
• 
  
• Support month-end accounts payable activities.
• 
  
• Assist the accounting team with additional administrative and AP-related projects as needed.
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Previous accounts payable or accounting support experience.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• 
  
• Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy.
• 
  
• Reliable, dependable attendance.
• 
  
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel for filtering, reviewing, and updating data.
• 
  
• Experience with high-volume AP is highly preferred.
•
