Title: Accounts Payable Analyst
Pay: $40.71/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: 100% Remote; Must reside near Plantation, FL or San Jose, CA
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to support a corporate Accounts Payable team handling escalations, invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple legal entities. This is a professional-level role requiring extensive Oracle ERP experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to resolve complex AP issues in a global corporate environment.
Job Description
  • Process and voucher high volumes of Accounts Payable invoices in Oracle, including 2-way matching, 3-way matching, and non-PO invoices.
  • Review invoices for proper approvals and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and research payment discrepancies.
  • Assign General Ledger coding and collaborate with internal departments as needed.
  • Follow up with internal teams to obtain receiving approvals for outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain AP documentation and vendor records in shared company systems.
  • Monitor and manage Outlook inbox communications.
  • Respond to and resolve Accounts Payable escalations from internal stakeholders and support teams.
  • Partner with overseas teams and provide clear guidance on Accounts Payable processes and requirements.
  • Support multiple legal entities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Utilize Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications to manage daily responsibilities.
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a corporate environment
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP and Oracle Accounts Payable processes
  • Experience with 2-way and 3-way PO matching
  • Vendor statement reconciliation experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and related software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Professional and patient approach when working with internal and offshore teams
  • Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and other financial figures
  • Experience working within large corporate or global organizations
