Accounts Payable Analyst

Pay:

$41,600 - $50,000 a year

Job Description:

We currently have an opening for an Accounts Payable Analyst position available at our office in Cheney. This position located right off the Medical Lake exit near the Petro. Easy access right off the freeway, minutes from Downtown Spokane.

This position is responsible vouchers, reconciling invoices and master bills to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers while supporting Accounts Payable Manager and staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Uses analytical skills to determine correct expense codes
• Contacts vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts

Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, it is preferred an individual have:

• Must have higher education academic degree, preferably Bachelor's
• 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Must have strong computer skills including intermediate Excel proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus
