Accounts Payable Analyst

MPS Group Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our headquarters team in Farmington Hills, MI. This individual is responsible for high‑volume invoice processing, accuracy, and timely workflow management within Import Manager, DocLink, and Great Plains.

Shift Details:

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Process high‑volume invoices through Import Manager with a 24-48 hour turnaround.
• Audit invoices for correct purchase order information and ensure accurate scanning/indexing into DocLink.
• Monitor and clear all DocLink queues; route invoices appropriately and post batches in Great Plains.
• Support weekly check runs, including preparation, review, and payment file accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with month‑end close activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high‑volume environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel.
• Strong data entry skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize daily workload, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain consistent turnaround times.
• Experience processing ACH payments.
• Ability to support month‑end close, including overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains.
• Knowledge of expense reporting, accruals, and invoice verification.
