Salary/Hourly Rate:
$26/hr - $30/hr

Position Overview:
As the Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the financial flow of a dynamic fashion organization. From invoice processing and vendor management to reporting and reconciliations, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations while supporting larger financial initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing accuracy with efficiency, loves solving problems, and can confidently navigate large datasets in Excel and NetSuite.

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently in NetSuite.
  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable functions for vendors and internal departments.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain vendor records and assist with payment processing.
  • Generate AP reporting and financial analysis using advanced Excel functions.
  • Assist with month-end close activities and expense tracking.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Merchandising teams.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline AP workflows.
  • Handle ad hoc financial reporting and special projects as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
  • 3 - 8 years of Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting experience.
  • MUST have hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP software.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and large data management.
  • Strong understanding of AP processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
  • Experience working within the fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods industry.
  • Exposure to inventory or purchase order processes.
  • Experience supporting process automation or workflow improvements.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
